Administrative Assistant II (County Manager)
Job Description: Performs highly skilled secretarial and administrative work. Serves as secretary to County Manager. Work requires gathering, analyzing, preparing and compiling information and reports for County Manager.
Job Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent with four years experience in administrative office setting. Initiative, judgment and tact in dealing with public a must. Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures including advanced office software. Ability to independently compose error-free correspondence, reports and documents from general instruction. Ability to create and maintain a calendar, appointment book, meetings or engagements for County Manager. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with public, governmental officials and employees. Good verbal and written communication skills a must. Criminal background check required.
Salary: Grade 64 $32,205 + benefits
