The BLOOD Still Works!

Psalm 22:22, “I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.”

On September 7, 2019, my family and I were traveling to Atlanta, Georgia, to support our son, Dantonio in his first football game. Upon our arrival into Atlanta, we got off the exit and attempted to get into the far left turning lane. However, we did not see an oncoming vehicle. As a result of us being in an illegal lane to make a left turn, we collided with an oncoming vehicle. The two vehicles hit head-on. We were totally in the wrong for an illegal lane shift. We thank and praise God because ALL LIVES WERE SPARED!! No one including the other driver was hurt. My wife had a headache from the point of impact, but no one suffered any major cuts or bruises. It could have been worse, but God! It was God’s grace and mercy, His protection and God’s angles on assignment that kept us. There is nothing we can do that’s deserving of His goodness towards us.

There is absolutely nothing we can do to earn it. God is good because He alone is God! I just want to thank God for His BLOOD that covers us even when we make our mistakes. I thank Him for continuing to extend His grace and mercy on our behalf.
